Revamped the Construction Tender Onboarding and Bidding System to enhance user experience and streamline the tender process. Tasks included improving navigation, simplifying form submissions, and optimizing bidding workflows.

Enhancing the Onboarding Process

Collaborated with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand pain points. Created wireframes and prototypes with the development team, refining designs iteratively based on user feedback. Implemented a modern design system for consistency and scalability, and conducted training sessions for seamless system adoption.

Overcoming Key Challenges
Integration of Arabic Language

To cater to bilingual users, an HTML text editor was introduced to allow both English and Arabic content seamlessly. This decision accommodated language preferences and ensured a user-friendly experience.

Creating Templates for Pre-Qualification and Evaluation

Customizable templates were introduced, enabling users to tailor their pre-qualification and evaluation processes with ease. This improved data collection efficiency and reduced errors.

Technical Collaboration for Response Table

Collaboration with the development team was essential to resolve a technical issue in capturing bidder responses in the matrix table during pre-qualification. The solution ensured project timelines were met.
